Listing Terms

For your listing to be published you agree to the following:

• Your business listing on proprietor.com.au is 100% FREE OF CHARGE.
• The business you are listing has a current ABN.
• The website domain address entered if any must be a TLD (top level domain name).
  - www.proprietor.com.au is a TLD
  - www.proprietor.com.au/directory is NOT a TLD
• The information you enter on your business listing is to the best of your knowledge correct.
• Your listing may be included in our monthly email newsletter and may also be published in other forms of media online and off-line for promotional purposes.
• The email address you enter on your business listing belongs to the business and is current.
  TIP: when a user contacts a business through their business listing, an email will be sent out to the email entered on the business listing. If you do not check your email account you will never get the lead.
• Admin may delete your listing without warning for any reason they believe is reasonable including: low quality listing, offensive remarks, outdated information etc.
• These terms can change at any time without notice.
